Practicing mindfulness helps our minds change the way we relate to events in our lives, enabling us to manage our emotions better, decrease stress, improve our mood, and foster a more loving attitude towards ourselves.

In recent years, studies on the benefits of mindfulness practices have made it one of the most well-known and used tools in psychology, both as a therapeutic practice and as a prevention tool.
